About Amy Rogers

Since founding IOP Residential in 2015, Amy quickly established herself as one of the area’s top performing agents. Amy has consistently earned the Platinum Realtor of Distinction award that identifies the top 2% of Charleston area agents. Amy has lived off and on in the Charleston area for 20 years and is currently a full time resident of Isle of Palms. In 2022 Amy was chosen as one of the hosts of American Dream TV's - Selling Charleston. A program showcasing the culture, lifestyle and the top listings of the Charleston Lowcountry. In 2024 Amy was invited to become a member of REALM, an organization that represents  the top 1% of real estate professionals worldwide. Each member has been  personally vetted and invited to join based on  their accomplishments and stature in their market and the real estate industry.

Born in NC, Amy graduated with honors from Wake Forest University, earning a business degree and was a member of the Women's basketball team from 1984-1988. Amy formed IOP Residential Real Estate to combine her passion for real estate with her love for the Charleston Lowcountry. As the owner and Broker-In-Charge of IOP Residential, Amy works with buyers, sellers and investors in real estate transactions spanning all price ranges and property types.
