About Tymi Bender

Tymi's interest in real estate began in the 1990's when she purchased and managed her first two investment properties while living in California. Upon returning to her home state, she became a licensed Realtor and worked for many years with Coldwell Banker in Winter Park, Florida. It was there that she pursued her love of renovating historic homes, as well as opening up three successful yoga studios. After meeting her now husband, Nathan Bender and moving back to his hometown of Charleston, her spark for all things real estate was ignited.

Tymi became a Licensed Realtor in South Carolina in 2021 and is excited to return to helping buyers, sellers and investors achieve their goals. Prior to Real Estate, Tymi was a professional Ballet Dancer, and International Yoga Teacher. She graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Theatre and Dance from Rollins College and a Masters in Theatre from NYU, Circle in the Square. She has traveled the world as a conference presenter and leading Yoga Educator, and continues to teach. Tymi now lives on James Island with her husband Nate, stepson Jackson, and their Jack Russel Ozzy.
